Account Sharing / multi user accounts

My boss has an account with your website and was wondering how can his employees access his account without seeing his previously made projects?

For example, he is working on a project and would like me to help him edit the video/ have access to it but wants to keep his other projects hidden. How can we go about that? Can he invite me as an editor or can he private all of his videos so I don't see them? Thank you in advance!
