Clear icon/name for "Record Video" when using device

When people access the link from their phone, the menu of ways to submit is missing the “Camera” icon and title that exists when viewing from a computer. The primary reason I’m using VidDay is to collect videos. So that option should be first on the list and clearly identifiable. Unfortunately, the first item on the menu has a “file” icon and is titled “Photo Library/Camera”. Next is Audio, then Google Photos, then Link. I’ve had tech savvy people submit audio recordings because they didn’t see an option for video. I even hesitated when I looked at the menu from my phone. When I saw the file icon and the words “Photo Library…” I thought, that’s not what I want, so I looked at the second, third and fourth choices and realized none of those are correct-so I went back to the first choice and read more closely this time and then tapped on it to see if it will give me an option to "record" a video.

This could be redesigned so the user can immediately identify the choice with a clear title and icon that makes sense, like it is on the menu viewed from the computer. Although, a video icon would be even better than a camera icon. Thanks!
